It's funny how we dont realise what we are like. Sounds like you are headed for a fab loss this week. You make it sound so easy, I guess it is if you just stick to plan! And it just shows you can factor in pizza etc and it's not a big deal. X

tbh I was retaining a lot of water last week with the amount of walking we did in Switzerland, so a big part of it is probably that! We've decided on nandos instead so I can cater in a full proper meal and keep it low in syns, yay! I'm sure I read that the rice and chicken is low synned.. I'll have to google it when back from the shops. I'm thinking for tea tonight I may do sloppy joes.. Will have to ask OH if he fancies it though! And it's one of those things, if you're really motivated you can do well. (Also if you have dogs begging you'll lose half your dinner haha!)

Haha the bedroom exercise is about my lot too! (Sorry on my behalf if TMI!) But I've always been very active in that sense, and no matter what my weight it's always been a very regular occurence What do you mean by retaining lots of water? I drink soooo much water and I worry sometimes if that affects my weight most of the time it's people saying now they're on a diet they need to drink more water, maybe I need to drink less?

If you do more exercise than you're used to your muscles can get sore, and to heal them your body retains water around the muscles (This also protects them I think). This is also why when people join the gym they only see the losses a few weeks after as your body is adjusting. Your body won't hold water from normal drinking of it so don't worry about that. In fact if you hydrate more with water I think you're less likely to have water retention? If you drink a glass of water right before standing on the scales it will show you as heavier because you've just added that to the inside of your body, but that will go by the time you pee lol. Drinking water deffo makes weight loss easier. Jayde : Must admit mine doesn't really taste like proper sloppy joes, but here's how I do it; I first fry off less than 5% fat beef mince, and then I add chopped onions, garlic, peppers and mushrooms. (and fresh tomatoes if I have them. I will also add in any other veg I fancy lol) Then I season it - I add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, paprika, beef seasoning, 1 tbsp sugar (brings out the sweetness of tomatoes. I don't like the taste of sweetner. 3 syns) chilli powder(it helps with digestion) and a heaped table spoon of mustard powder. Then I add in tinned tomatoes and I let it boil down. (at this point I also add in a dash of Worcestershire sauce) If it isn't thick enough I add some tomato purée to thicken it up at the end. I may have some batchelors maccaroni for lunch as I need to make myself eat! I really don't feel like it and no idea why. However if I don't eat I will ask OH for some of his calzone that's currently cooking so it's the lesser of two evils lol

Lol Denn I love my tea as well! I'm not a huge coffee drinker though. Moo : I have won SOTM 3 times and SOTW at least 8 times. I have a few SOTW certs that I haven't put on my board because I'm out of room, though! I think my consultant also has a few.. (Also my collar bones are the bones really standing out in my photos just below my neck lol) And you're sweet to say it motivates you. You're someone that has really motivated me! Thanks Timmie You always make me feel really happy haha! Such a flatterer Hannah : You may notice yours as well, soon! I never even knew I had collarbones! (Dominate ones that is) as I've always been around the 20st mark with my whole adult life (until I went on a mass gaining spree lol) I've also noticed I have large hips bone wise so I might be one of those naturally boney people! I have no idea. Guess we just need to wait and see lol. So, I'm Sorry for not updating again last night, I just couldn't be bothered with the internet so I had an early night with a book lol. I still don't feel like eating much, and I still have an upset tummy (the runs, sorry if too TMI lol) and it's so bad I was waking up every 40 min - 1h just to go to the toilet. However, there is a plus side, my scales say that I'm in the next stone bracket! They said 18st 9.4lbs last week so it's a massive loss! Hurray for having a dodgy tummy. OH is being a dear and buying me pills to help my tummy. Hopefully he will get time to come back on his lunch. If not, then I'll get them at 4pmish when he finishes work. So 4 hours tops! lol. I'm counting down the seconds Last night I did end up having sloppy joes, but I didn't eat much of it. :/ I had half my wholemeal roll and about 1/4 of the meat mix. I bet I'll be back to eating like normal when my tummy is no longer being a pain in the back side! And here's a photo of the macaroni. Moo, my weekend was quite nice actually. It was our first weekend off together alone for nearly a month now! It was nice relaxing and not thinking of anything. Next weekend will be better with me feeling better. How was your weekend? B: Bottle of water (seriously, lol..) L: Batchelors Macaroni (no veg with it this time, I'm sticking to bland foods) Dinner will probably be plain boiled pasta or a small bit of smash.
