Made this really quick syn free meal a few weeks ago so thought I would post. Measure out how much dry cous cous you want. Add 1tsp of cumin, chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of paprika and turmeric, salt and pepper to taste and then cover with chicken stock from oxo cube and cover bowl to allow cous cous to fluff up. Meanwhile cook onions and any mixed veg you like. Once cous cous is cooked (I leave mine about 4 mins) stir in the veg and the add ready cooked king prawns. These heat in the cous cous. It was really tasty and super quick. All syn free too
