For meeting your weight loss/fitness goals?
Like for instance I am planning to reward myself when I reach the following;
10kg loss - mani/pedi and a bunch of my favourite flowers 13kg loss (half way there!) - a day out somewhere nice 20kg loss - a new hair style and a nice outfit
And finally when I reach my goal my Husband has said he'll take me away somewhere romantic, just the two of us.

That sound like a great incentive.
I don`t have any treats planned as such, just a new size of clothing. Already got into some of what have been hanging in my cupboard for a while.

Can't say that I do.... I find it kind of self rewarding.... but I do set lots of tiny mini goals

I have tried this before but I really don't necessarily find that of any great help. Much better to enjoy feeling healthier and less tired.
