My December goals are; - 15 minutes of rowing a day on level 4
- 30 minutes of walking a day
- 50 squats a day

Ooh how's it going space cucumber.
I'm setting a 2 week goal as going away then...30 min exercise a day and wall squat challenge and plank challenge. walking not included as I do a lot of that anyway.
