They are, especially as I'm finding the food quite challenging right now whilst I'm trying to find things I like and am feeling quite moody and suffering from nausea... It's quite nice to get through the day and look forward to stepping on the scales in the morning. I haven't changed my ticker, but to be honest my ticker is mostly for my official weigh ins at the clinic and they can take place at different times of day and normally when I'm wearing something. I weigh myself every morning before I get dressed or do anything else.

Well, I'm sure it'll slow down over the next few days. I only started it a few days ago. That said, it's quite nice to see a little loss each day, as I'm struggling with the change in food right now and if it wasn't for the hope that each morning I'll stand on the scales and see something encouraging I'd have probably quit by now!

Hope you can stick at it - I googled it earlier - as I'd didn't know what it was - I see that lots of ppl have lost loads with it haven't they? Like the idea of the skin tightening thing and other stuff that's included in the package - good luck and keep posting!! xx

Thank you! Yes, they sort of market themselves as the last resort before WLS. I wouldn't have gone for WLS myself, but I have tried so many other things and never have been able to shift much weight at all. I felt stuck, and needed something drastic. In all the diets, and healthy living, and exercising stuff I've done over the years - I've lost more in 4 days on this diet than anything else.

Hey don't complain about that - 0.8 is a loss - we'd all take that - we all fall off the wagon sometimes and this is a difficult time of year to diet! Don't beat yourself up - I think whilst we're posting - we won't go far wrong xx
