You know you'll regret it if you do.
I know personally for me I'm fine when a plans going well, as soon as its not I think 'F it' then the weight spirals once again. From what I know about SW its not a fast process... you will have good weeks and bad. Its a process. Over the long term you CAN do it.
I know my sister (who's a SWer) has had the same problem the last few weeks and was disheartened too until she realized her jeans were looser... sometimes things just don't show on the scale.
Have you been following the plan and just not seeing results? Or have you found it hard to stick to the last few weeks?
Maybe the plans not right for you.... in which case stick it out while you look for a better alternative.
Maybe things are going on which are making you struggle.... maybe do some soul searching, think about why that is. (And talk about them here if you want
) Cause those struggles will always be there until you face them.
You know something though, you didn't fail by gaining this week. You'll succeed or fail by what you choose to do NEXT. I'm not an expert on getting to goal and maintaining... but I do know I've always regretted giving up.
