Hi all
Thought we could post ideas of how to make xmas less about going overboard but still enjoy ourselves. What our your food plans or activity plans?
I am planning on making the SW Xmas dinner soup with leftovers for meals, and also sw chips at the buffet we always have on boxing day. We are having a chocolate log as our treat pudding but we are not buying lots of extras this year.
Any other plans or ideas?

Thanks for starting this Jayde.
I have been stressing about this but reading this thread has given me the kick up the bum to focus on this.
Hopefully I will be back at some point tonight.

Decided not to buy any chocolate tin or biscuits. My nana always buys me some chocs anyway. Me and hubby will pick a cholcolate desert nearer the time. Unfortunately if bought in now I would definitely eat it sooner. So terrible! The in laws prepare the Xmas dinner so don't get much say in how's it's prepared. But roasts aren't too bad anyway with all the veg. Anyway it's Christmas!
I find the extras make Xmas harder. I.e the mince pies, chocs and lead up to Xmas.

I've got a slimming world friendly Christmas dinner planned - being veggie makes this a little easier but at the moment my only syns should be on gravy and Yorkshire puddings! I haven't purchased any chocolate tubs but I'm planning on buying a yummy pudding and ignoring the syns from it as a present to me lol
