Hi! Yes I'm still 100%, got the eye of the tiger! Raaar!
Have lost a stone now when I weighed midweek, proper weigh in tomorrow. Yay!
It's going well despite having a stinking cold and sinusitis, think the lack of calories may be hindering my recovery - on the plus side as I've had no sense of smell or taste for the last week I've used up all the products i don't like! Received my second order of 15 days worth of "food", and have a few new things to try I'm excited to try when I've got my taste back.
I can't really say I've missed real food yet (except for the day I made a delicious chicken carbonara for our lad and little boy whilst I nursed my vile Exante carbonara) and am necking the water like nobody's business, my skin is looking better than it has for a while!
