I too am a newbie, I'm halfway through my 2nd week.
It's great to read all your comments, they are really keeping me motivated.

Day 11  Today has been another good day. Feeling really well. Had a bar for lunch and been drinking lots of water. I was tempted to weigh this morning as I did weigh every second day in my first week but I expected a big loss so I'm not going to weigh until Monday. I wouldn't want it to effect my motivation if the scales hadn't changed. I feel so good though, and I feel even better that I am managing to stick to the plan 100 percent for 11 days!! I normally would have quit long ago! Still taking it a day at a time but I'm so excited for the next few weeks Instead of being afraid of the scale I am quite looking forward to weigh in on Monday. Hope everyone else is having a good week xx |

I'm glad you are getting on so well, I too weigh in on Monday, so will be great to share our loses!
I'm sticking to plan 100% I like the food, I'm not so keen on the shakes but love the pancake recipe and sweet noodles are a fav!
How are u getting on with the food?
I've quit so many diets this year that although my body seems to be going crazy this week with migraines, dirrhoea to name a few, I've stuck to it, I'm determined to succeed this time!
Have you felt OK? No strange symptoms?
How much do you want to lose?

Hope you have had a good day X I'm not such of a fan of the shakes either and also love the pancakes I will eat anything really so I'm not too fussy. I enjoy the food and I always feel satisfied. Well done on sticking to it that could not have been easy. I just keep thinking no way am I going back to day one all over again and that keeps me going. I know I'm the same wit diets but I'm so determined this time too. I have been really lucky I've felt really good, bar the first few days it's been great for me. But it's early days so I'm sure I will go through rough patches too! I'm sticking to plan 100% too. I can't believe I've managed to do it, I've shocked myself. I have 2st to lose now, it doesn't seem like a lot I guess but I've had this weight for so long now I've never managed to get rid of it. How much do you want to lose? Today has been good, really busy day in work and that always helps. I'm looking forward to pancakes in the morning. Hope you had a good day and you are feeling better. Day 13 Today has been good, I had the pancakes for breakfast and they were so yummy. Feeling fine, no hunger and still enjoying it. Can't believe Im one day off finishing my second week Definitely feeling better in my clothes already, and I'm shocked at how much more energetic I feel. All is good, long may it continue. Taking it a day at a time Xx It's all you can ever do! I find it easier to think that way too. I'm finding it quite surprising how quickly the time is going - I'm now in week 6 and still enjoying it. It's been an easy change to make which I didn't expect. You've put put me in the mood for pancakes - might have some for dinner this evening to watch with Strictly. Have a a great weekend and keep up the positive attitude x |

Hello Ladies, just thought I would join you to be an inspiration, hope that's ok! I have lost over 4stone since the beginning of March and now more/less on a slower loss with maintenance in mind. My tip is to keep drinking when you feel hunger pangs coming on and put that picture in your mind of how you want to look - the end result - that is your Focus. I feel absolutely fantastic now, look different, and feel as proud as nine-pence when I can walk into a shop and just pick up lovely clothes off the rail.
