Well it's around 8 weeks until Xmas and I need to lose a lot of weight, I have a wedding to go to in march so I'm starting myself a challenge to lose 2stone by Xmas, I am starting tomorrow and will weigh in every Tuesday, 2 shakes 3 snacks and a balanced meal between 5/600 cals, will be using photo progress of scales and myself for motivation, will also be taking regular exercise!! Wish me luck xox

Okay so weighed in today I'm 13st 7 and goal is to be 11st7. By Xmas and then u will go from there, today was good going shopping for 100 cal snacks tomorrow :-) I can do this!!

Well done fluttershy, I have done slim fast in the past, I had rice cakes with banana on them as a low cal filling snack!

Good luck! I've used SF in the past and it works. The shakes are very satisfying and creamy. I can't take a lot of sugar, that's the only problem with SF stuff, but it's been going for years and lots of people love it.
