What would we need for a stone and a half? I am so impressed with everyone, what a great start, if me and Binks lose tomorrow we will all have lost, how positive is that for week 1 of our challenge x

The group have lost 15.5 lbs so far so 5.5lbs to reach a stone and a half. That is a big ask for just two of you though I am quite sure you will have a great loss this week. x

Hello peeps, I have lost 1.5 lbs today, I am now 10st 8.4lbs This is my lowest weight really hoping to get lower this time x

GIRLS - Safe to say we absolutely OWNED it this week. All of us lost, 18lbs down, that's just under 13% of our target. GO TEAM!!

I ate a ridiculous amount of nuts and crisps between Saturday night and last night. Add to that a huge ice cream bought by my daughter instead of birthday cake, it was her birthday yesterday. A couple of glasses of wine each evening and no real meal yesterday. My stomach is sore today and looks very bloated. So water, water, water today.
