Hi emmie and everyone else
I'm so sorry I've been absent. I've been quite poorly with my stomach resulting in having to come off the diet for about a week.
I'm better(ish) now and back on it again. Day 3
Luckily minimal damage and I weighed in at 15st 9.25lbs this morning so my first mini goal has been reached, I'm now under 100kgs!!!!
6lbs to go until I've lost 3 stone.
Aiming to get to 14st 12lbs by Dec 1st for the next challenge. That would be lovely.
I think I need to stop messing around with my food weeks as they've both caused me some bad stomach issues. I need to go back to what I used to do with CD.
Hope everyone else is ok?

Just thinking for the sept challenge I started on 16st 6lbs so I've done 10.75lbs lost. I've got 3 more days so perhaps I could get a 11-12lbs loss this month if I really push the water.
I pledged 13lbs loss so I'm very happy with that.
I will likely pledge 12lbs for November so aiming to finish it as 14st 10lbs possibly if I can get to 15st 8lbs by Sunday morning for the monthly weigh in.
And then I would aim for 14st 0lbs by Jan 1st as I'm only having Xmas day off diet wise.
So it's looking like I will be approaching initial goal (10stone) by the end of April. I will likely switch to Working Solution at about 10st 10lbs as my BMI would be under 25 then and carry it on until I reach my final goal (which at the moment is 9st 10lbs but that may change).
I'm feeling so back in the zone. God bless VLCDs!!!!

Sounds like you're feeling positive and ready to kick butt again. 11-12lb loss for the month sounds really realistic and what a brilliant achievement - well done!
I feel motivated just reading your post. Go VLCDs and go Paesh!

Wow you're way ahead of me now hun, I'm glad you're back but sorry you've been poorly. You're so focussed and on track, it's fantastic and you definitely inspire me. I'm at 16st 1.25 now, so close to the 15s, I'm not straying off track because I want to see 15 something on the scales!

Hi guys hope everyone is having a good week and it's the weekend THANK GOD. Rubbish day in work! So still totally motivated and in ketosis as I have The Breath of Death however I had a big gain on weigh in this morning!!! Annoying! I was 15st 13.75lbs!!!! However I'm very bloated and periody so that probably explains it so I'm not worried. Slightly irritating though

It is so annoying when you see that gain, but if you've had a good week then you've nothing to worry about. It's still irritating though!

I was 15st 12lbs this morning but I'm doubting yesterday's weigh in. I can't remember if I was 15st 13.75lbs as I said or 15st 11.75lbs.
I dunno. Well I'll go from weigh in tomorrow for November challenge and then see what happens.

I had some food on Halloween which I promptly threw up.
I think what I'm going to do is do a month 100% TS and then weigh on Dec 1st. I need to stop daily weighing for a bit I think. Hoping for 15st 0lbs by Dec 1st.

Lol the I'm Not Daily Weighing thing didn't last long!!! I can't help myself clearly.
15st 7.75lbs this morning. VERY pleased with that! As I was 15st 12lbs last Wednesday. I've lost 38lbs so far although irritatingly I've only gone down one dress size with that from a 20 to an 18. I think I will be a 16 in the next 7-14lbs. My body is weird when it comes to dress sizes. Even at my thinnest and with a normal BMI I was still a size 12. I think it's because I'm short.
My BMI has dropped from 43 to 36.7 as well.
Just a smidge over 3 stone to go until I'm no longer Obese. Can't wait!!!

That's such a lovely thing to say Danders thankyou some days it's hard to inspire myself even, when I reflect on how much weight is left to lose. But I will still keep going, this is The Right Time To Do It for me now and I'm determined to get to a healthy weight and stay there. 15st 6.75lbs today

We have both lost about the same amount now, I feel like you that this is the right time and having got into this way of eating now it's not too bad (most of the time).
