Doing fine here, feeling determined to be at goal by the end of the month! One pack down, 2 to go. Shake about half 6 I think leaving me a bar for Bake Off time.

How much have you got left to lose? It must be exciting to be so close. I'm a self sabotager, I do really well then go mad for a week or so I started again at 11.13 but really hoping for 9.7 by Christmas. A month at 100% will get me just that little bit closer x

Another 13 pounds or so to go, I have never been at goal in living memory, don't even remember being in the 11s, certainly not in the past 20 years. Might decide to lose another few pounds after that to give me a wee cushion but we'll see how it goes. My 100% nearly killed me today. Kids are back at school, how I wanted to nibble on bits of this and that when I was doing packed lunches! Realised today that I have been doing this for 12 weeks and the kids have been off for 10 of those so I need to make sure it all doesn't slide now they're back, Anyway, I did it! Day 2 of 30 done :-)

Another 100% day for me I'm delighted to say. One raspberry and white choc chip bar, one orange and pineapple shake and I'll have another bar shortly.

Well done kitty, I'm on day 4 and I'm feeling pretty good. My kids don't go back til next week and I do find it easier when they're not here as I don't have to think about meal times. I had a sneaky weigh this morning and I'm 11.6, it was totm this week but 7lbs down so far. Oh how I wish every week was like week one. I'm still trying for 3 litres of water a day but I have discovered tropical green tea to boost your immune system. It's really nice. Had a tooth out this morning so that's really helping with the food situation. Have a lovely weekend, these are quite hard for me as I'm chief cook no tasting allowed over here!

Chief cook here too but I have it down to a fine art after all this time and do manage to resist. Well done on keeping it 100%. I am happy to report another 100% day here too, all good and looking forward to weigh in on Monday morning :-)

100% here again, I really don't feel in the zone this time but just plowing through with the shakes and taking it day by day. Day 5, almost one week down. Weigh in is Tuesday as I never start a diet on a Monday for some reason I always make home made pizza on Friday and we have chocolate and biscuits but I resisted yesterday which I was really proud of. So far so good! Well done Danders, we will be feeling amazing at the end of the month. It's a good kick start isn't it? Good luck for weigh in Monday Kitty, I'm excited to see how you get on xx
