Don't you love a 1st of a month that's also a Monday? Perfect time for diet starting!

I'm temporarily starting Exante (I've got 16lbs upload to get to my initial goal). I've lost 30lbs in the first half of this year - half with Exante, half with the body coach but now I'm fannying around between SW and Exante and not successfully doing either.

So now I'm hammering Exante for as long as poss and then will go back to the body coach plan to rebuild my metabolism and fitness.

Looking for people to join and motivate Pls!
