Hi all, (just getting the hang of this thing lol!) Congratulations on all those who have lost so much!! Well done!
My main Thinspiration is me. After long & ongoing Illnesses the Weight has piled on & bursting out of a size 22 has made me reach my limits. In order to get myself healthier, skinnier & give me back my self esteem I've reached the point where I need to lose weight. Today's weigh in at 20st 13lbs means -7lbs down and I'm on my way to my goal of 9st 7lbs.

Aiming for the 16's for my birthday in September and then the 13's for Yule. I just want to feel better about myself. I have a 2 year old to look and chase after by myself. It's hard to do when you ache all the time and feel ill. Plus I want to wear all the purdy clothes ^_^

I'm aiming for our family holiday next May. I want to go on long walks without having to stop and sit, to be able to wear shorts without looking like a whale and to keep up with my boys!

I'm aiming to be healthy again. But on a more superficial level, my son takes his GCSEs next year, and we plan to go on holiday after his last exam in July 2016 and I would love to be able to wear shorts again, and a nice linen dress without chafing thighs

I graduate next June, so in January this year I set myself the target of losing 100 lbs by then, as I want to have nice photos and wear a nice dress. I'm now within 20 lbs of that goal!
The aim at the moment is to lose as much as possible (a stone would be great!!) before my holiday in 5 weeks, and then reassess my goal when I get back, as when I've lost 100 lbs, I still won't be at a healthy BMI.
Good Luck everyone. I really believe that having something to lose the weight for helps massively, as the only time I've lost a decent amount is when I've been aiming for something. This time I need to learn how to keep it off too though lol!
