I've started another diary over on the WeMitts forum so probably wont update here as much I'm still plodding on, I've lost another 4lb since I last checked in here. I'm getting closer to the 'healthy' BMI range (10.2) I'm still undecided about what my final target should be, I'm going to wait and decide once I get to 9.7. Tracy x

I thought I would drop by to update my diary here I hit my target weight of 9st on the 9th October. Since then I've fluctuated between 8.12½ and 9.1 which is absolutely fine as I had set a range of 2lb either side of 9st. I'm still following SW Monday to Friday just in slightly more relaxed way and then pretty much eating what I fancy over the weekend. If I'm honest I'm still in the 'I'm dieting' zone which I need to STOP and just eat sensibly most of the time I've gone from a size 20/22 to a size 10 and lost 8st 11ish lbs For anyone reading this and thinking about starting a weight loss plan DO IT DO IT DO IT. I remember very clearly reading about people's weight loss over at Mini's and thinking but I COULD never do that, but I did and so can YOU Thank you for all your lovely comments and support both here and over at Mini's, it really really helped. It's very early days but I'm determined I'm going to stay at this size for the rest of my life Tracy x
