I really must try the sweet and sour noodles, I could have sworn they were meant to send me some freebies with my last order but I didn't receive any. They seem pretty popular but then so do the peanut bars and I couldn't abide them, and I'm not usually one bit fussy (think that's the problem!)

Oh I don't mind the peanut butter bar at all - obviously it's no Star Bar but I found it edible. It's the chocolate orange bar that I have problems with < spits > I've had a lemon bar this morning. It's ok. Palatable but I wouldn't go mad for it. Yes do give the noodles a go. Just no looking at them!  ? |

I suppose it's fair to say if everything was gorgeous we'd eat 6 of them instead of 1 (well I would anyway) so there might be method in their madness.

Was v. confusing but my sister started a couple of weeks ago, so gave me a few tips on what was good and what to avoid - I have definitely got a few double chocolate bars and sweet and sour noodles though! Hi, I've got some ketostix from Amazon - thought it'd be good to keep a track of when I'm in Ketosis etc! I really wanted the hot meals so made sure I had enough of them to have one almost every evening - that way I can eat with my OH and not feel left out!  |

Oh she used to drive me bonkers as conkers Cat. I'd have to sit on my hands towards the end. I just don't think that support should be confused with enabling - and everyone was just enabling her.

Ohh raging I missed the dramas over there!
Can any of you tell me, does man plan/having a forth pack mean you're risking ketosis? The site doesn't really make it clear and that's the only thing I'm really having problems with but ketosis is more important than a forth pack!

I can honestly say that I never give ketosis a second thought and my weight drops the same on four packs a day as it does on three. Studies show that there is very little difference in consuming 600 calories a day and 800 when it comes to weight loss, so I wouldn't worry too much if you need to have another pack. It's probably better than falling face first into a cream cake. I'd up the water a little though as I find exante products quite salty and concentrated.
I think they also do a plan that allows for four packs a day with slightly lower calories so you might want to check that out but my advice would be to have a fourth if it enables you to cope better: it's a tough plan for sure
