I only want to lose about a stone and a half. I am getting inpatient with healthy eating. I am 60 so would like to do it before it's too late. You could lose a stone and a half in 6-8 weeks depending on which plan you follow. Well goggle Cambridge weight plan and LL and choose which company suits you. But to keep the cost down a online company is better value!

I have agreed to allow companies on the site as I think it's a good source of support and means the right answers for people bit one condition of this is that they can't use the site to advertise or sell. If people are interested, they can have their link on their profile and you can PM them for more details. I just want to make sure we get the balance between having that support and not having this become a bit of a marketplace.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the comments. For more info please either send me a private message or email me on enquiries@billysdiet.co.uk Yes Billy is short for Belinda. We are based online but do offer a limited type of support, we have a facebook page, we post on here and you can always email me. But, ultimately, we are a re-seller. Big difference in price though, £28.50 for 1 week of our products delivery is a lot less then some companies! Lily some of the nutritional info is on our website. The product names are clickable and it takes you to a page with the ingredients and allergyns. Anything more in depth can be email to you. I think I've covered all the questions! Billy.

Ohh just saw this second page. Hope my comments are Ok Caz? I come on here for myself as I am losing weight with a low calorie diet. I just happen to sell the products I use. If that makes sense? Billy.

Thanks Billy - so they do. It took me a little while to click through to the individual products, which is probably why I couldn't find the info. It's not the easiest site to navigate - but I know it's tricky to get things perfect when you first set up a website. The products do look good. I need a little break from VLCD-ing though, so it may be a little while before I order something. Don't suppose you do any ready-made shakes, do you? Hardly any of the VLCD companies offer them.
