Have appointment with consultant on thursday, in the meantime she has advised for me to drink lots of water :-)
Am scared and excited about starting cwp, concerned about the side effects reported especially in the early days

fatmumma
I drink five bottles of 600ml water a day = 3 litres. Drink a bottle every few hours.

thanks 200lb - that might work better for me than refilling a 2lt bottle at lunchtime. I got about 3lt down today but keep forgetting to bring the bottle home to carry on with the challenge, so just empty leftovers and fill with fresh water when I get back into work. With your method I could split the five bottles so I maybe drink 3 at work and 2 at home.
Haven't got my starting weight or goal yet as weighed tomorrow when is when I offically start!

I find the small 600ml bottles x 5 per day really easy than looking at a 1 or 1.5 litre bottle.
Good luck for tomorrow fatmumma77
I learned that there is no point in being frightened of anything, the hard way. Previously lost 10 stones on CWP, started off frightened of hunger, deprivation, saggy skin, piled it all back on.
I'll do anything now to look slim and live my life how I want to rather than constantly be restricted from activities and life in general.
I'll exercise with a personal trainer when the plan allows.

Lost 5lb last week, had a blip yesterday as out all day.
Back on track today, hoping that my blip hasn't set me off target too much, i guess only the scales will tell
