I'm doing Slim & Save and am technically from Minimins but only posted 2 or 3 times 7 or 8 years ago. Today is the end of my first week and I'm doing fine - was going to write loving it there but that's stretching it too far :-) I'm doing 4 packs for 6 days then having a treat day on the 7th. The treat being 3 packs and a protein+veg or salad meal. I know it's allowed to switch between Simplicity and Lifestyle and it's still 'on-plan' but in my head that's a treat.

Well done on getting through your first week on plan and there is absolutely no difference between each plan, you will still see the same weight loss results regardless, it just goes down to what suits you. Many people find that they like doing Simplicity (4 packs) during the week and then Lifestyle (3 packs and a low carb meal) on a weekend. But you can choose to do one or the other or a combination of both. It is great to hear that you are enjoying the diet so far and we have our fingers crossed for your weigh-in, let us know how you get on and don't forget those measurements too! x

Hello! I, doing Exante at the moment but am familiar with S and S. Fingers crossed that some old miniminners will find their way here shortly and keep you company. I see from your stats that you're almost at target. Brilliant! What do you plan to do after to maintain? Do feel free to pop over to the Exante board if you fancy a chat .. The plans are all incredibly similar

Hi Iโve been on the slim and save, 10th day now, itโs really really hard, feel a little light headed and funny, doing 4 food packs no food, have 28 days so got to stick with it, only good thing is my partner Brian is doing it and has loads to loose so we are supporting each other xxxx

Good luck and well done on your weight loss so far. Always good when you have support while we melt the lbs! Good luck to your partner too.
