Completely lost it here and gained for a few weeks.
Managed a 1.2lb loss after a bad end to a good week (takeaway Thursday) so now back to 14st 12.2lb....gah!

No matter what I try I am going wrong. I know I have to eat less and stop eating stuff just because it is there.

Gained and went out of this bracket into 15 again last week...ARGH!
Back down 3.6lb to 14st 13.2lb and need to keep at it now.

Not so good this week as only 0.2lb off. But it was THAT week plus I was out eating tandoori late last night with drinks with the school mums (didn't get dinner until 9.30pm!) so to be expected. Hopefully more off next weigh in.
So down to 14st 13lb now

Really the only difference I think was that I drank much more. I have scan bran cake most days and you have to drink quite a lot with that. Also I did cut down a bit on potatoes and have stopped buying 2 pkts of - say crab sticks - I have some with a salad then just eat the other pkt before I go to bed. Even tho not hungry. Hope you are getting on ok.
