Thanks 2.2lb's up this morning after yesterday....doh! Hopefully I can get back to where I was at least by Saturday, won't hold my breath though, might suffocate! lol Cat do you know anything about SW? I know you calorie count but - just a suggestion, try having no carbs but lots of cauli broc green toms etc on half the plate and some meat, chicken peas beans on the other half. (proteins) Just a couple of bread. Fruit except bananas, grapes and blueberries. Quark. Whatever you decide go for it. Good luck.

I did SW before but it's no good for me. I HATE veg and most fruit with a passion so I can't fill the plate up as I don't eat most and the ones I did like weren't free

I subscribe to the magazine so should be able to get the details in there.......at the moment they're gathering dust it's that long since I opened one

I did SW before but it's no good for me. I HATE veg and most fruit with a passion so I can't fill the plate up as I don't eat most and the ones I did like weren't free I can eat veg but I'm never going to love it. I'm doing SW but tend to stick to the old style green and red days to avoid the half a plate of veg!

Whatever suits us best I reckon. I am still 15st.9lb as had a maintain this week. Lots of goodies were had when out visiting at the weekend. I am gonna try for at least a whole pound this week if not two

0.6lb off last week...what the hell!
I was good all week and that was my reward. Loss better show it face this week otherwise what is the point in all this being good. I have over 4st to lose and I will not be happy at 0.6lb a week...will take a century! lol

I am still in 15`s Just.
I did not get weighed Friday as was called to look after a not well grandson who could not go to school. Nowhere nearby unfortunately.
Hope for a loss this coming Friday.
